CYPRUS CONSTRUCTIONS
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
(Applies to all Cyprus Constructions digital platforms and systems)
1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of all digital platforms, websites, mobile applications, internal systems, software solutions, and related services operated, owned, or controlled by Cyprus Constructions, whether currently existing or developed in the future.
These Terms apply, without limitation, to:

- CC360 Mobile Application
- CC Connect Application
- Sales Intranet and internal management systems
- Owner, investor, customer, and partner portals
- All digital forms, booking systems, CRM tools, dashboards, APIs, and communication systems
By accessing, registering, submitting information, or using any of the above systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Company" refers to Cyprus Constructions and its affiliates.
- "User" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the platforms.
- "Platforms" refers to all digital systems listed in Section 1.
- "Services" refers to all real estate, investment, reservation, communication, and digital services provided through the platforms.
3. Eligibility
Users must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Use the platforms in compliance with applicable laws
The Company reserves the right to restrict access to users who do not meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts and Registration
Certain services require account creation. Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Update information when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Cyprus Constructions shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Disrupt platform security or performance
- Use platforms for unlawful purposes
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. Property Information and Investment Disclaimer
All property descriptions, prices, visuals, availability, and investment-related information are provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing published on the platforms constitutes:
- A binding offer
- A guarantee of return
- A promise of residency, citizenship, or legal status
Legal obligations arise only through written, signed contracts.
7. Payments, Fees, and Financial Transactions
Payments, deposits, service fees, commissions, and refunds are governed by:
- Project-specific contracts
- Reservation agreements
- Applicable laws
Cyprus Constructions may modify pricing structures where permitted by law.
8. Digital Communications and Consent
By using the platforms, users expressly consent to receive communications via:
- Telephone calls
- SMS
- Push notifications
- In-app messages
These communications may include transactional, operational, legal, and informational messages.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, databases, and documentation are the exclusive property of Cyprus Constructions or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
10. Third-Party Services
Platforms may integrate third-party services (payment providers, mapping tools, messaging services). Cyprus Constructions is not responsible for third-party systems or policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cyprus Constructions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Use of platforms is at the user's own risk
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyprus Constructions from claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the platforms or violation of these Terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
Cyprus Constructions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion, without prior notice, where:
- Terms are violated
- Legal obligations require action
- System security is at risk
14. Amendments
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of TRNC.
