The maintenance of the communal amenities at Maldives Homes will be done by our Site Management Office. The cleaning of the communal pools, landscaping, lighting, security, garbage collection and all communal facilties on-site will be managed through our Site Management Office. The monthly maintenance fees for each household will be 120 GBP. This price also includes the repainting of the whole site every 5 years.
Furthermore, pre-sale and after-sale services will also be provided to the residents of Maldives Homes. Any needs or requirements in property related matters will be dealt by our 24/7 services.
The Management Office will also be providing rental services for those who would like to rent their properties whether it be at high seasons or off season.
