Our quality control standards are very high and we use only the best materials and craftsmen available on the island. Our small family run business is based both in the UK and in Northern Cyprus. We use our local knowledge of the island to ensure that only the best locations (namely Catalkoy, Ozankoy and Bellapais) are considered because they’re among some of the few places on the island which have a year round water supply (Something you may have taken for granted with other property developers on the island).

Another advantage of being a small family run firm is that we take time to look after you and talk through any questions that you may have to put your mind at rest when investing in property in Northern Cyprus. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance as a considerable part of our business comes through personal recommendations. 

If you visit the island to view our villas and you decide to purchase a villa through us we will refund the price of your plane ticket for up to two people. We can also arrange to have people meet you from the airport and transport you to a hotel of your choice and then on to view the villas at your conveinece.  We can also offer a sight seeing tour of the many local tourist attractions and arrange an authentic Turkish BBQ lunch and/or Dinner if requested.
